Need a hand with a giveaway, a billing question, or an idea you want to see built? We're glad to hear from you. Ghost Picker is run by people who actually use these tools, so when you write in, you're talking to someone who understands what you're trying to do.
The fastest way to reach us is by email:
Send us a message any time. We read everything that comes in and reply as quickly as we can.
What we can help with
We're happy to help with pretty much anything related to running your Snapchat Spotlight giveaways through Ghost Picker. The most common reasons people reach out:
Getting started. If you're new and not sure how to pull comments from a post, set a keyword filter, or run your first draw, tell us where you're stuck. We'll walk you through it.
Billing and subscriptions. Questions about your Creator or Growth plan, switching between monthly and yearly, updating your payment details, or anything that shows up on your Stripe receipt. Send us the email address on your account, and we'll sort it out.
Something isn't working. If comments aren't loading, an export looks off, or the tool is behaving in a way you didn't expect, let us know. The more detail you give us, the faster we can fix it.
Feature requests. A lot of what we've built came from users asking for it. If there's a filter, an export option, or a workflow that would make your giveaways easier, we want to hear about it.
Partnerships and press. If you're a brand, agency, or writer interested in working with Ghost Picker, reach out and tell us what you have in mind.
How to get a fast answer
You'll always get a reply, but you'll get a better one, sooner, if you include a bit of context up front. When you email us, it helps to add:
A short description of what you were trying to do and what happened instead. "I clicked pick a winner and nothing loaded" tells us a lot more than "it's broken."
The link to the giveaway post you were working with, if the issue involves loading comments.
The email address tied to your subscription if your question is about billing. That lets us find your account without a back-and-forth.
A screenshot, if something looks wrong on your screen. A picture often saves a whole exchange of questions.
None of this is required. If it's easier to just fire off a quick message, do that. We'll ask for anything else we need.
Response times
We aim to reply to every message within one business day, and often much faster. If you write in over a weekend or a holiday, give us a little extra time. Billing and access issues get priority, so if your subscription isn't working and you have a giveaway to run, say so in the subject line, and we'll jump on it.
If you've written in and haven't heard back after a couple of days, check your spam folder first. Replies sometimes land there. If it's still not there, send a follow-up. We'd rather hear from you twice than miss you entirely.
A note on Snapchat
Ghost Picker is an independent tool and isn't run by Snapchat. If your question is about your Snapchat account itself, like login problems, account recovery, or something on the platform side, we won't be able to help with that directly, and you'll want to contact Snapchat's own support. But if it's about running a giveaway with Ghost Picker, you're in the right place.
We actually read your feedback
This isn't a form that disappears into a void. The team behind Ghost Picker is small, and your messages have a direct line to the people building the product. Some of our favorite features started as a one-line email from a creator who was mildly annoyed about something. If that's you, write in. Being mildly annoyed about the right thing is how good tools get built.
However you reach out, thanks for using Ghost Picker to run your giveaways. Drop us a line any time at [email protected].
